After 29 years in front of the grill and watching a shift in business, Joe decided his skills, his original recipes and special menus had a more important place in our community. Today, Ramekins provides special pre-cooked meals for Seniors, a robust set of Catering Menus for any occasion or Special Event, while still keeping his door open with a special take home menus and Daily & Weekly Specials.
